Glue with curing agent added should be used in a time. The glue and curing agent should be stored and sealed in a cool and ventilated place. The ratio of curing agent to glue must be strictly followed. The ratio of curing agent to glue is 1.0% -1.5%, which means adding 5-8 drops of curing agent every 10g of glue, it can be adjust appropriately according to the temperature, and the maximum amount of curing agent should not exceed 1.8% at low temperatures. The glue with curing agent added must be used up within 20 minutes.
If the amount of curing agent is too high, it can cause the glue marks on the connection port. It directly affects the firmness and perfection of the connection. For example, when the temperature is below 10 ℃, it is recommended to put the glue bottle into hot water and warm the glue before adding the curing agent. When using pure acrylic quick drying glue, the ratio of the curing agent to the glue is 3% -5%. The glue added with the curing agent must be used up within 10 minutes. The glue added with the curing agent must be thoroughly stirred for a stirring time of 40s-60s, and there must be sufficient glue at the connection, but don't waste glue because of this. It's important to achieve moderation. At room temperature (25 ℃), ordinarily the glue takes about 60 minutes to polish, while acrylic glue takes 30 minutes to polish.
